Ludopatico 22 Share Posted August 30, 2018 Hello, Turtle EUR – SL uses slightly different settings than Turtle EUR. The fact that it use the stop loss also allows me to have more currency pair involved and a slightly higher level of risk. Soon I will publish the backtest and engine settings on my blog and I'll write a post where I explain more in depth how the strategy works, but substantially it is not very different from Turtle EUR, it uses a stop loss instead of the Recovery Trade (andrea-lanza.it). The signal has just been started, let it run and see how it perform. I put it online as a result of the many requests had about the fact that many investors wanted to have a stop loss and anyway with this strategy there will be months in gain and months in loss, like all normal strategies. Ludopatico 22 Share Posted September 24, 2018 Hello, my strategy is currently very conservative, in the sense that it opens few trades, just to prevent it being opened an excessive number of Recovery Trades. For this reason I can not always watch when news comes out, otherwise my engine will always be inactive. Ludopatico 22 Share Posted October 25, 2018 Hello, Turtle EUR and Turtle USD trade independently but with the same EA parameters and the same broker, leverage etc... For some unknown reason Turtle EUR closed before Turtle USD. If you watch to the official signal: https://www.myfxbook.com/members/forexwallstreet/wallstreet-recovery-pro-20-evolution/1934826 you will notice that the Sell EURUSD operation is still open. When a trader opens too many accounts, attention splits and mistakes start to begin. I have trust in your Turtle project but I'm afraid of the attention splitting. Thank you. Like all Forex strategies, there will be months in earnings and months in loss, because unlike Turtle EUR which uses the recovery trade, Turtle EUR - SL uses normal stoploss.
